I'm required to travel to India for about 8 months due to personal reasons and continue to work for the same project from there. 1. Once I go out of US , will the i140 processing continue? 2. Once approved and I plan to return , I'll will be left with 7 months of current h1b petition to max out. Can I travel with same or should I go for L1A ?.
