MA93 Posted September 28, 2020 Report Share Posted September 28, 2020 I received an RFE stating that the e-verify number and employer don't match. However, while my decision was pending with USCIS before the RFE, I changed my employers. The RFE I got now is for my previous company. They are not willing to provide me any relevant E-Verify document since I am no longer their employee. I requested a number of times with no response. What should I do in response to the RFE? I have gathered documents for my new employer E-Verify number, as well as screenshots of reporting of employer change to the DSO. Can anyone suggest what else can I do?
