ArjunKumar Posted September 28, 2020 Report Posted September 28, 2020 Hello All, My PD is 01/2013 and my company applied through EB3. Later in the year they changed to EB2 on 2016. I've both approved EB3 and EB2 petition (in USCIS Site both A number shows as approved). I don't think they revoked my EB3. My Employers says when my PD becomes current I've apply I485 by myself or get help from any attorney of my choice. Since both EB3 and EB2 are in approved status, can I use my approved EB3 and apply for AOS? If so I may need some Attorney help to proceed. Appreciate your response. Thanks, Arjun Quote
