I140 approved - Priority Date is Current - Outside of US

Hi,

Our GC is filed under EB3 category and I140 is approved. Priority Date(May 2013) is current now but we are living outside of us(in India). Can you please explain the next steps?

Same situation, EB3,  I140 approved and PD is oct 2011. Moved back to India in Jan 2013. Now that my PD is current, what to do now? My old employer is not responding about new offer letter. If I find a new employer, can I use my I140 without having to go through applying for I140 again?
