Job Title Change on PERM

My case is in EB3 category with PD of 11/2015. My PERM Job title is "Programmer Analyst" with Skill level IV, and SOC Code mentioned on PERM is 15-1132.

I am a "Software Architect" now. Similar job stream(Technical) with more responsibilities. As you know, the EB3 dates are seeing rapid changes.. So I was wondering if I can file I-485 based on my existing PERM? Or in other words, do I mandatorily needs to file a new PERM to reflect the "Software Architect" role in order to file my I-485? My job responsibilities has changed, but not significantly, job location stays same.
