savemeplz Posted September 26, 2020 Report Posted September 26, 2020 Here is my situation: I have filed PERM and I 140 with 2014 as PD when I worked with employer A and after some years moved to employer B and no PERM has started. After the october bulletin, I have asked my employer A to downgrade my EB2 to EB3 and file the new I 140 for downgrade and I 485 concurrently while I am still working with Emplyer B on H1b. Employer A is ready to do the I 140 EB3 downgrade and 485 concurrently will there be any issue because I am right now working with Employer B on H1b? Please let me know if anyone with the same situation so that I get some relief. Thanks! Quote
