xkcd2911 Posted September 25, 2020 Report Posted September 25, 2020 Hi there, I have an approved EB1 petition (with CP specified) and as per the October VB, it seems that my PD will be current. Due to the halt of immigration processing at US embassies, I know the GCs will not be granted yet. However, can I at least expect to file my forms with NVC, i.e. , start the proceedings, in the next few weeks? The reason I ask is because my other option is to ditch the NVC option and come back to US (I work in US but on an assignment in India currently) by cutting short my visit and file for AOS. That option of course is less preferable as I would have to wait for AP for many months. Thanks in advance. Quote
