Hi , 

I am on H1B valid Visa, we have wedding in this October . But my spouse is in India ,don't have any US Visa now , F-1 Visa earlier which is expired now . 

And , Could my spouse apply for Emergency appointment after wedding . Does we fit in any exceptions changed recently on consulate interviews in India ? . 

If we can , what are the chances of getting his approval for emergency appointment before December this year ?
