RamArul Posted September 17, 2020 Report Posted September 17, 2020 Dear All, I am L2-EAD with valid Stamping and valid EAD till Nov'2021. I've applied H1B (2020-2021) and got approved. Since H1B applied on Change of Status, my status will change from L2 to H1 on Oct'1st. As of now, I don't have job and looking at the current market, there is no progress. I wanted to go back to L2 Status...What is the best approach? Since I've valid L2 stamping, Can i go to Mexico and returning back, Can i change the status from H1B to L2 in Port of Entry.
