V_K_11_12 Posted September 11, 2020 Report Posted September 11, 2020 My FNIV including the recapture time is 30th Oct.2020, while my PERM filling is still in progress (currently in recruitment phase), I initiated H1b amendment & extension with the same employer in June 2020 to recapture time (which is still pending with USCIS for a decision). Does 240 day rule apply in my case? If not, will I get additional 10 days of i9 from the FNIV date which is 30th Oct 20? Quote
