Where Do You Intend to Work?

need to mention client address or our employer address..?

I mentioned employer address

[MVSR845]

Employer name would remain the same.

Address: <client location>

Your LCA would have 2 sections "Location intend to work" and Annexture 1 "Additional location intend to work"

So you must have already mentioned your employer address in earlier pages of DS160. In the last page, you can mention your employer address If employer and client are located in the same state. Else, I would recommend you to mention the client location.
