Zodiac System Posted September 8, 2020 Report Posted September 8, 2020 By any chance, do you have a soft copy of the I-797, assuming the hard copy is misplaced. If your company/attorney called USCIS and they were willing to send a duplicate, it might come in as little as a couple of weeks. If they filed I-824, it could take 2-3 months. Quote
