221g cleared-PassportRequested on March 18th-Next steps?

Hi,

 

221g approved and consulate requested passport on march 18th. Because of the consulate office closure, was unable to drop the passport. As 221g processing started this month. Can passport be submitted or what process to be followed at this point.

First check whether consulate is open. If yes you can send them passport or else wait until officially consulate is open. I expect you will get some form of communication when they are ready to process.
