JaideepAyancha Posted September 3, 2020 Report Posted September 3, 2020 I am currently working on F1 Visa on CPT (Second Master's). We received the RFE (Image attached) stating to submit Form I-94 and they also mentioned certain classifications, but I don't see F-1 on the letter. While submitting I-864 for Marriage Based Green Card Process, my wife's income (Citizen) alone is not sufficient as mentioned in household poverty guidelines. Hence, my income is also mentioned on the I-864 and our combined income met the poverty guidelines. My question is, does USCIS consider income from F-1 Visa for I-864 who is authorized to work legally. I have my work authorization valid till August 2021. Can I go ahead to submit my I94 and EAD card or do I need to find a sponsor? Please help on this. Quote
