Should I fill I-184. Went to Mumbai when POE/Consulate says New Delhi

My H1B approved in Jan for 3 months until April - but the change of status was denied so I flew to India in Feb for H1B visa stamping with I797A 3 months approval. Went to Mumbai for face to face interivew and got a 221G admin processing yellow slip. Submitted all requested documents in Feb itself.  

In April, H1B extension approved in Consular Processing for 3 years as I am stranded in India. The POE/Consulate in both I797 is written as New Delhi but my case is in Pending 221G at Mumbai.

Please see the attached snapshot. Is it okay if the case is Pending in Mumbai when I797 mentions Consulate as New Delhi? Please confirm.
