My H1B has been approved in July month and received H4 RFE last week. Following is the response from RFE, it is asking me to submit documents prior to filing date of the H4 application. I am confused here, ] 1) Do I need to submit I-797 and pay statements before Feb 2020 (when H4 extension was filed) or recent I-797(approved on July month) and pay statements. 2) What document I need to send for "Evidence of recent admission to the united states"? 3) If I have to inform USCIS of anything, do you advise any letter template?
