kansas2020 Posted August 28, 2020 Report Posted August 28, 2020 My current OPT EAD will be expired on Sep 25th, and I applied H4/EAD on June 19th, also did biometric on July 29th. I am told the current H4 processing time is about 13.5 to 16.5 months? Just wondering is that true or it depends on different centers? Because I checked I-539 form process time on USCIS website, some center is faster than others, for example, Vermont center is 5.5 to 7.5 month, but California center is 16-18 months. Just wondering is there anyone familiar with current H4 processing time? Many thanks in advance Quote
