2 pending H4 applications with my employer, Applied for H1 transfer not yet received H4 notice

Hi,

We have 2 pending H4 applications with my current employer (both h1b are approved) because my previous h1b approved for 46 days only and h4 still pending due to bio-metrics. Again my current employer applied H1b extension and it is approved and h4 still pending. Now I have approved H1B transfer but not yet received h4 notices. My wife and son  i-94 expired and waiting for h4 approvals. How many h4 can be in process at the same time? Is it safe to move to new employer without receiving h4 notice?

While doing your H1b transfer, did you apply for H4 as well?

As per law, your previous employer may revoke your H1b as you have left him, which will result into a denial of the H4 application.

I think you have to file an H4 with your current employer  (hope their I-94's are still current). 

Please consult an attorney.
