I got a job offer in January 2020 and applied for H1 transfer Premium processing in January 2020 and the H1 transfer is approved until December 2022 and received i797A. I also applied for my dependents H4 extension along with my H1 transfer and they are also approved until December 2022 and received i797A. Now, I am switching employers and need to apply for H1 transfer again. Do I need to apply for H4 extension again along with my H1 transfer or its not required as they have valid i797 until December 2022. Quote
