I have got an RFE for my dependent and she is in H4 Visa. I got an letter from USCIS requesting documents for my dependent and myself also.I work for an indian company and my H1B Visa is taken care by them but they told I have to take care of my dependent H4 Visa and RFE response. 1. Does H4 RFE is common or not ?

2. They mentioned G-28 form.Whether G28 is applicable for her and I need to work through attorney to submit it? else I can ignore it ?

3. They asked I 797 form. Do they refer Receipt Notice or Approval Notice or both ?

4. I had an previous extension and Amendentment. Do I need to submit I797 form for both or for my latest Amendment only.

5. They asked a letter from me mentioning my name,specific position, dates of employment, location and salary. They also mentioned to acknowledge that I will be employed by the company continuously in that letter. We have an option to generate a different letters from our company site but I don’t find any letter by including all the above criteria. Can I create custom letter by myself by including those criteria and submit after getting signature from my manager. Pl advise. Thanks much in advance for your suggestion.
