Dependent Child is Aging Out due to US Consulate is closed in Lockdown

Hi All,

I have been waiting to get my K1 visa, so I can travel to the USA and marry my fiancé. I have a dependent child who is aging out as she is reaching her 21st birthday very soon. Us consulate is not doing any regular visa processing due to lockdown in India. I have already informed US Consulate about my situation but they provided me below reply.

“Please write to us with this case-specific question after the consulate has resumed regular visa services. The consulate is unable to reply substantively about case-specific questions at this time.”

My daughter will age out soon and lose her eligibility to travel to the US with me.

Any guidance is appreciated in this matter.
