1985sat Posted August 17, 2020 Report Posted August 17, 2020 Hi, We have applied for my spouse H4-extension on June 1st and till date we didn't get the receipt notice. We inquired with USCIS and we have prvoided the copy of the check cashed. Still they are unable to locate the case file. My spouse visa will expire in first week September. I have an approved h1b till 2023. Can i file another application for my spouse H4-extension ? Please help out if you had faced similar situation. Quote
