Srutiindia
Hello everyone! Hope all are good . According to new executive order, National interest exceptions are available for those who will accompany or follow to join a principal applicant who is a spouse and who stays in USA with valid h1 visa . So my question is how to apply for national interest exception for H4 visa ?! Is it something we should apply to USCIS ?? Thanks . Quote Link to comment

I believe "Principle applicant" has to qualify for national interest exception on individual case first, and H4 or dependent can simply piggy back. You can read the categories , criteria and process 'How to apply' is in below link (very bottom of page). The explanation is in simple text and self explanatory. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/News/visas-news/exceptions-to-p-p-10014-10052-suspending-entry-of-immigrants-non-immigrants-presenting-risk-to-us-labor-market-during-economic-recovery.html Good luck Quote Link to comment
