Need information regarding h1b grace period...

My H1b is expiring on 01/23/2020 and my project is ending  on 09/10/2020, if I did not get project on before 10/10/2020, employer will start h1b withdrawl.

could you please let me know is 60 days grace period will work if employer is withdraw my h1b

can I stay 60 days if employer withdraw my h1b or do I need to leave in 10 days

It depends on your I94 expiry. You can stay till 60 days or I94 expiry which ever comes first.

I feel after employer layoff you then they will revoke H1B so I feel you will have 60 days or expiry of I94 which ever comes first.

H1 revocation has nothing to do with the grace period. It is an administrative thing, required by law.

You have a grace period of 60 days from the day of layoff, or until I-94 expiration, whichever is shorter.
