Hi,

My spouse has received the RFE Letter on her H4 extension from USCIS asking for below documents copies -

  • ID Card
  • Passport
  • i94 and approval notices
  • Arrival Departure details
  • Marriage Certificate
  • H1 i94
  • H1 Paystubs and W4
  • H1 Employer's letter
  • H1 i94 and approval notices

We have arranged all these documents but wanted to know if we can use FedEx to respond and the photocopies can be black and white? Thank you.
