My spouse recently traveled back to US on L1 visa. If I apply for L2 then the day when i get my L2 approve,does my H1B get voided? During the time between L2 and L2 EAD, can i continue to work on my H1B? Quote Link to comment

Once the L2 is approved you are no longer on H1 and you have to stop working until the EAD is approved. Quote Link to comment
