H1B - Priority date became current need employer document from previous company

I am in H1B - I have I-140 approved in EB2 from EmpA with Priority date as 06-2012.

I moved to EmpB on Jan 2020 and my H1B also transferred - EmpB plan to start my PERM next month. I believe the process takes at least 1 year to get my PERM.

Questions - If my priority date became current before my PERM approved from EmpB.

1) Do I need to get the Employment letter from EmpA to apply my I485?

2) If yes, how long I have to work with EmpA?

3) Are any options available to apply I485 without any document from EmpA?

To the best of my knowledge, you will need an Employment letter from Employer A.
