meenalmanu Posted August 2, 2020 Report Posted August 2, 2020 Hi there, My parents came to the USA of Feb 26th and have a valid I94 until Aug 25th. Realizing that they may not be travel back, we send I539 and I539A application to the USCIS on July 22nd through an express overnight delivery (the package is showing as 'received'). Since then, we have not received any communication from the USCIS and do not have a valid receipt number that we can use to track the status of the application. What should we do in this case? Do they need to travel back somehow before Aug 25th? They are both 65+ and older and have pre-existing conditions that make their travel unsafe. Please advise. Quote
