I was in India while the Travel ban Executive order was signed last month but returned to USA in this month. My wife visited India in March 2020 and she had a Dropbox Appt scheduled but got canceled due to the lockdown. my question is would she be eligible to obtain a visa once the consulates open and travel to USA? I’ve heard some exceptions made to H4 in the Executive Order last week. Quote
