manjunathem Posted July 20, 2020 Report Posted July 20, 2020 (edited) L1B extension is filled on 05/28/2020, to get extension till 08/06/2020(L1B max out) and decision is pending with USCIS H1B cap petition filled on 06/30/2020, Approved as COS with I-94 and starting date 10/01/2020 Since No status from 08/07/2020 to 09/30/2020, applied B2 to bridge status on 07/15/2020, and its decision is pending with USCIS. What will be my status after 10/01/2020(H1b COS approved with I 94), if L1B and B2 approval comes after the 10/01/2020 Edited July 20, 2020 by manjunathem Quote
