Going back to Old Employer - H1B - I140

I was working for Employer A and moved to Employer B after my H1B transfer approval. My spouse is working in H4 EAD and she got her new H4 and EAD based on my new I-797A. We did not get stamping until now (we did not go out of US) and we got extension as part of this H1B transfer (I have my I-140 with Employer A).

Currently I am working for Employer B and Employer A asking me to come back if possible. Do we need to file new H1B transfer to work with Employer A? If I move to Employer A, do we need to apply for new EAD based on the H1B sponsored by Employer A? Also, if I go back to Employer A, do I need to file for new I-140 again?

New H1 might be needed if the old H1 with emp A was revoked. New H4 and EAD will not be needed, unless you want to keep H1 and H4 expiry dates in sync.

Employer A is asking you to come back, which is positive and a good sign and therefore gives the impression that he may not have revoked your H1b or I-140 with him.  You can check on this with him.
