My spouse is working on a H1B visa with a different company and his visa is expiring on Aug 25th. Due to the ongoing COVID19 situation he is unable to find a new project and is looking to convert to H4, as a dependent on my H1B. Please let me know if I can file the H1B to H4 conversion for my spouse, while my H1B extension is still in awaiting approval stage. Quote
