The email I received from my employer said that "they are working with HR and the law firm to resolve the issue." The email said that the reason is "employee confidential". What are some "employee confidential" reasons that could cause this kind of delay? We have renewed several times without any issues, and our green card is processing which is why this is worrisome. If you can offer some clarity on what this could mean for us in your experience, that would be much appreciated. Quote
