yourstruly Posted June 4, 2011 Report Share Posted June 4, 2011 There is not a set limit on how long you can stay, but if you are out that long, then you probably don't have a job in US. At the port of entry they will ask you where you are working, and if you are not working anywhere, that could be a problem. You cannot extend AP from outside the USA ever. Link to comment
