KP51 Posted July 6, 2020 Report Share Posted July 6, 2020 Hi, My H1b transfer petition got RFE with below reason. A. beneficiary seeking extension beyond 6yrs. New company requested visa transfer from April 2020 to April 5 2023. But my 6 yrs cap will be completed by oct 2022( no approved I40 ). can my new employer respond to RFE by correcting the end date from apr 2023 to oct 2022 and submit. Is there any chance for USCIS denying the petition? thanks Quote Link to comment
