RKQ Posted July 6, 2020 Report Posted July 6, 2020 I am on H1-B, came to India in March. I could not able to get my visa stamped due to Covid situation. Currently I don't have valid visa. My employer don't have any issue to work from India for rest of the year on US pay role. 1. Are there any restriction on number of days allowed to work from India on US pay role. 2. Will there by issue while filing the taxes. 3. Will there be any issue in getting Visa stamp and future travel. Thanks. Quote
