NOIR got on Amendment after H1b Approval

Hi All,

Please help on my current situation .

1) I have moved new location to work new client , filled my Amendment on 2018 May. 

2)  USCIS site visited on Aug 2019 and I proved the details including paystubs.

3)  On Nov 2019 filled my H1 Extension  and H1 got approved on May 2020 after 2 RFEs but still my Amendment was not approved at that time.

4) June 2020 my employer got NOIR  and it says wages are not matching with LCA. Employer not yet responded on NOIR.

5) My paystub amount was running less than LCA amount  since 2018 to 2019 Nov .

 

My questions :

1) So what are the chances to get approved my Amendment .

2) In this situation , can I transfer my H1 to company - B on premium process

3) If company B's H1 got approved  and company A  H1B revoked , can continue working with company B ?

Better talk with employer/attorney.

My paystub amount was running less than LCA amount  since 2018 to 2019 Nov -- this is red flag.

LCA is minimum amount your employer promised to give you. If actual paid amount is more than LCA thats ok but other case is RED flag.
