PS90 Posted June 25, 2020 Report Share Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) Hi, Just wondering what the rules for third-country national stamping for F1 visas in the Caribbean is? For example, if I was previously on an F1 visa (now expired) and am currently on a different visa category, and am now looking to switch to F1 to go to graduate school, will embassies in countries like the Bahamas, Barbados, or Jamaica accept my application if I'm a third-country national (i.e. not a citizen or resident of these countries)?
