myselfnitinverma Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 (edited) Hello everyone, Can anyone help me to understand what can be done in my scenario. i have applied for H1B lottery in 2019 Through my employer and after lot of processing i got approved petitions in March 2020 which is valid till 31st December 2020. However due to COVID situation I couldn’t process VISA stamping. As per latest news on H1B from US government any VISA stamping will be banned till 31st December. I would like understand if last date of petition can be extended after 31st Dec 2020. what would be the impact on VISA stamping in this scenario?
