Hi All,

My wife traveled to India in Feb 2020 and due to COVID-19 situation, she hasn't been able to come back to US yet. My wife's H4 visa expired, she needs to go for H4 stamping in India. I am with valid H1B in US. As per the new executive order signed on the work visa entry limitation to US, Is this order will impact her to appear to H4 visa stamping?
