Ruksar Posted June 22, 2020 Report Posted June 22, 2020 My opt is ending on July 7th and my H1 is picked and the docs will be submitted before June 30th but I decided to join CPT college as I have to transfer my sevis before it gets expired. I haven’t made any payment to the University yet. My payment is due this July 8th. Should I go for Premium processing for H1? If in case if my H1 is approved, Can I discontinue CPT college?Can I save money if I get H1 result soon by choosing Premium? What will be my Visa status till October, as it is said H1 will usually start from October. It would be great if u can suggest ! Quote
