panduuser
Hi - I am working as a permanent employee in one of the multinational company, due to current covid situation they stopped applying the perm and i140 for their employees. Being left with 14 months on my h1 quota I want to an enquiry on the following questions whether is valid as per immigration law. BY staying within my current company can I process my perm + i140 through an external immigration attorney? Is it safe to do as per immigration law? what is the rate of approval if it is safe to do? Please suggest. Quote Link to comment
User099
You will need an employer to file for PERM and I140, you don't need to work for the employer for them to apply for your GC. Quote Link to comment

Question: I have a "employer B" who is willing to file Perm Application. Should I Leave my job and transfer to Employer B for Perm Application filing to increase my chances of Approval. Does it make any difference in chances of approval filing perm without working for that Employer? Quote Link to comment
