SHREE12 Posted June 13, 2020 Report Posted June 13, 2020 I filed I-539 before I94 expiry date (June3) and after I-539 expiry date (may26) .Receipt rejection date was june1. It was rejected stating incorrect fee - resubmit with correct fee. Is the fee for 1 primary and another dependent 370+85+85 = 540? Is this true? This was posted by another lawyer. "As long as the I-539 was filed before the expiration of their I-94, they can remain in the US while the application is pending. If it is denied, they have 30 day within which to depart without incurring any consequences." Can we remain US when i resubmit? Quote

User099 Posted June 16, 2020 Report Posted June 16, 2020 If you filed before I94 expiry date then you can stay. Quote
