ShikhaKaks Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 I have to filed for h4 to h1 COS and my H4 extension is in process with USCIS. My i-94 is valid till July 31st. My question is - 1. If my H1 is approved and then my H4 is approved, will it override my status to h4? 2. If I withdraw my application after my H1 is approved, will it make my stay illegal after July 31st to Oct 1st? 3. If COS h4-h1 is filed and is rejected do I fall out of status (my h4 extension has already been filed)? Quote Link to comment
