Ramya2020 Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 Hi all- My H1 is maxing out in April 2021 and I have submitted all documentation to my employer for perm filling but they are saying as per DOL guidance they are in recruitment phase and cant file any perms now lastly they filed in sep2019 after that they did not file any. Can anyone please let me know if this regulation based on company or state wise. If this regulation is based on state wise my company is located in texas and when this regulation will be removed. Will DOL ask employer to stop filling the perm? Please advice. Thank you very much Quote Link to comment
