Mom visiting and planned to leave end of March which was also the end of her i-94 validity . Middle of march I rebooked her flight to end of june and applied for a visa extension till then. But her i539 extension case is still showing received since then. Given the situation I do not want her travelling back . Not sure how to proceed.. Should I apply with a new extension from march-sept ? or try add additional documentation to the pending application with new dates ? Thank you . Quote
