H1B RFE response sent but not updated even after 18 days!!!!

Hello guys,

Here are my details:

Receipt Received: July 6th, 2011

RFE: July 15th, 2011

Processing: Premium

Center: Vermont

Replied for RFE (Fedex delivery date): July 22nd, 2011

Status on USCIS: Request For Evidence

It has been 18 days until now that RFE response is received by USCIS as per Fedex. But the status is still in RFE. I am really not sure what to do now. Is anyone else in a similar situation or does anyone have any idea as to what I can do ?

Does anyone have any idea what I am supposed to do? I dont know what's going on with uscis.... it's crazy, the status is not even updated to response received.

I think, if its premium processing and if its RFE, we can send response by Fax.

Even i sent my response on August 19th.Fedex confirmed it.But status never changed to Response recieved or response review.

I have the same situation, i have responded to RFE on Sep-2 buy till today(sept-19) i dont see any Updates in the USCIS case status.

RFE Recirpt: July25

RFE Response: sept-2

California Center-Premuim Processing.

Its been more than 15days they have recieved the documents.

Hi I am in the same situation as you guys my lawyer has sent the RFE reply on September 1st but I still have not gotten any update from the USCIS. My case is in Vermont Service Center and after my lawyer called USCIS the lawyer was told they are reviewing the case and to send them an email. Please help if anyone is similar situation and the steps I need to take because my OPT is finishing on September 30th. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. The case is Premium Processing.
