mnth Posted May 25, 2020 Report Share Posted May 25, 2020 (edited) My employer filed H1b COS for me this year and the status got updated 4 days back to "Request for Initial Evidence was mailed". What is the difference between request for Inital and additional evidence? I realized that I did not give all the F1 i20s to my lawyer but gave only the latest one for h1b petition.
