And my company wants to promote me to a new position titled Software Engineering Manager and my company wants to file for a H1B amendment for this. If for some reason the amendment gets rejected, will I still be able to continue my work on existing H1B and I-140? Please kindly let me know. Much appreciate your help.Thanks Quote Link to comment
