My company is willing to apply for a green card.I have also met with another company owner who wants to apply a green card for me. But 2 months ago that company has already filed a perm for someone who is also architect. Since that company is bigger than my company and their economic situation is better than mine I want to go with them but I am not sure what is better for me. pontevecchio Posted May 23, 2020 Report Share Posted May 23, 2020 This is something only you can decide. Once a GC is filed, you retain that date for a future filing. Nothing precludes two employers from filing for your GC. A paid consult with a lawyer with all the facts may help. Quote Link to comment
